Common questions

Still unsure? Call or WhatsApp us and we will answer.

Does health insurance cover Ayurvedic treatment?

Many health insurance policies now cover in-patient Ayurvedic (AYUSH) treatment at recognised hospitals. Keshavbaug is NABH-accredited and offers cashless treatment with tie-up insurers. Our desk will check your policy before admission.

Do I have to be admitted for Panchakarma?

Not always. Many therapies such as Kati Basti, Shirodhara and Agnikarma are done in daily OPD sessions. Longer Panchakarma courses and insurance claims usually need admission.

Can I continue my current medicines?

Yes. Please do not stop any medicine on your own. Bring your prescriptions to the first visit so the doctor can plan treatment safely alongside them.

What should I bring on my first visit?

Old prescriptions, MRI, X-ray or blood reports, a list of current medicines, and your insurance card if you plan to use cashless treatment.

Is this an emergency hospital?

No. For a suspected stroke, chest pain, severe injury or breathing difficulty, call 108 or go to the nearest emergency hospital. We help with recovery once you are stable.
