When you send an appointment request, we collect the patient’s name, mobile number, and optionally age, gender, preferred date, the health problem and any message you write.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about your appointment and treatment. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. Insurance details are shared with your insurer or TPA only when you ask us to process a cashless claim.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept in our website dashboard and deleted when no longer needed. Medical records are kept as required by law.
